The NEW Half Marathon training program will begin the week of June 8th* and continue for 16 weeks, with group runs 3 times each week. Times are:
Tuesday & Thursdays 8 - 9 p.m.
Saturdays 7 - 8 a.m. (longer runs begin 6 or 6:30 a.m. as distances gradually increase)
This is a *16 week program preparing the group for the 1/2 Marathon Scotiabank Waterfront race in Toronto Sept. 27th (not mandatory to attend).
**Cost: $179 members or those who have just completed the LTR. $199 for non-members.
***Fee includes: before & after group fitness assessments with Andre - owner/operator of Muskoka Fitness; 6 x pass for Muskoka Fitness to use during the program or give away; AND a team t-shirt for the race in Toronto!
