The Person I Am

Well, there are no excuses now folks....check out the weather we experienced out there this last week! I had a fantastic SUNNY and SOCIAL run outside on Sat. a.m. Back out on the road with my favourite running partner (thank you S.H.) and feeling the sun on our faces was exactly what I needed after a seemingly long and arduous few months of winter. I was reminded again of why I love this sport and I smiled all the way home. I am sure my family would agree that I was a much more pleasant family member this weekend after taking that short hour for outdoor exercise and meaningful chatting!

Whether you are beginning training for a spring race, simply tired of being indoors or itching to re-connect with your running buddies, NOW is the perfect time to get back out there and become one with your running shoes once again!

One of my favourite quotes from George Sheehan says it all: "The more I run, the more I want to run, and the more I live a life conditioned and influ
