First Snow!

The first significant snowfall and don't you just feel like a puppy experiencing it for the first time? I do, feeling all floppy eared and big footed, running down the road with a silly grin on my face (ok, and some drool too)! Get your yaks out everybody, this looks like it might be here for awhile!

OK, if you don't want to go outside, there are many other creative options for cross training during the winter months. One such option is the new BOOT CAMP program at Muskoka Fitness which began last week but will have ongoing sessions throughout the year to join. Check out their site http://www.muskokafitness.com/ and look at the Boot Camp information to find out if this is the program for you! It's fun, challenging and most importantly, keeps you moving during this time of year!

Happy cross training!
