The tulips are blooming.

Spring has definitely sprung and we're up with the tulips, and up and up some more.....logging lots of miles these days. Our last 'official' hill workout was last night....lots of hot and heavy breathing going on out there, but mission well accomplished. Next week is speedwork, well, speed for some of us, for myself, more heavy breathing to give the impression that I am going faster!!

The race is one month away today with some big runs between now and then...so far the group is holding up well. Just now trying to figure out what water bottle to bring! The stainless ones are heavier for sure....

With spring also brings the desire for new running clothes! Mine are all too big for me this year, so a much needed spring shop fest is in order, won't my hubby be thrilled. But who can respectively run with a baggy butt? Not moi my friends.
