Muskokan spring?

Ahh, the glorious days of spring are GONE! What's with all the white stuff again, we just took our yaks off! I am sure it's not going to last....we did get one hill workout in y'day morning before yet another snow storm. Not sure what tomorrow mornings run will bring........

14 kms this weekend, getting up there.....the race is in sight now!

I am experimenting with more protein in my diet to see how that helps my running......anyone else done this?
