warmer New Year days

A great run this morning, perfect temp. and streets not too bad. Is that it for the cold snap? I guess we'll see, but it was nice to be running in the warmer temps for sure so we were able to do a little longer distance.

It's January already folks and the Ottawa race weekend is not far off......have to get training next month. Happy trails!
